Executive Chef and Founder
Christophe has been an Award Winning Chef for eleven years in France. He has performed his cuisine for different corporate and private events in the Bay Area and opened La Bonne Cuisine as a corporation in 1995. His enthusiasm for food and cooking has not diminished after 28 years, and he continually looks for new methods and techniques to master. He has created an amazing way to teach a passion for cooking to kids ranging from 3 to 10 years old. He says, “I feel very fortunate to exercise my passion at work every day.”
He recently worked for the prestigious champagne Dom Perignon. He met in France again with the chef de cave, Richard Geoffroy, and they will keep collaborating for the tour and tasting of the new millesime 2004 in the United States.
