Cynthia brings to La Bonne Cuisine vast experience in the catering and event industries. Her credentials include cooking at some of the most sought after kitchens in New York City, including Le Bernardin, where she was the only female at the time. Eventually, she started her own successful catering company, which she lead for over 15 years, before moving to the West Coast. Her client roster included Calvin Klein, Nicole Miller and the Radio City Music Hall. Once she moved to Southern California, she managed the catering department at the renowned LA Athletic Club. She moved on to Eurest Group later on, where was in charge of feeding and keeping happy up to 1,200 people per day.
