La Bonne Cuisine chefs offer a unique perspective and approach to catering. They incorporate classic French technique into world cuisine, while using the best ingredients, including local and seasonal, as much as possible. Our food is always surprising; not only to the taste buds, but to all the senses.

We have always followed Green Principles in the operation of the business, even long before it was in the forefront of awareness, as it is today. We built our facility in the most sustainable way possible; using recycled building materials, installing sustainable lights and low flow appliances. We also installed solar panels on our roof, which provide 80-90% of our used electricity. We source all of our ingredients taking into account sustainability; we use local and organic purveyors as much as possible, and follow the Monterey Aquarium Fish Selection Guidelines.
